Zhao helps Openspace Ventures raise a new $200M fund

Openspace Ventures, whose investor relations activities are led by vice president Amy Zhao, raises a new fund. The Singapore-based venture firm closed its third fund at $200 million. Among those backing the fund were Temasek, StepStone Group, Sofina, DEG, Norfund, 57 Stars and Mizuho. OpenSpace has made 33 investments since its founding in 2014 in an array of sectors.

Prior to Openspace, Amy held roles with Dymon Asia Capital and Cambridge Associates. Openspace’s team includes Jaclyn Seow, who is vice president of ESG & Impact, and director Jessica Huang Pouleur, who joined the firm late last year from the Walt Disney Co. to leads its growth fund.
