Pharos Capital Group acquires mental and behavioral health services provider
Pharos Capital Group, LLC has for at least the fourth time acquired a women-led company for its Family Treatment Network platform. Terms of Pharos’ acquisition of Catalyst Behavior Solutions were not disclosed. A Layton, Utah-based mental and behavioral health services provider, Catalyst is led by directors Natalie Cliften and Heather Blair, who will continue to lead the company. Created in 2014, the company treats autism and other behavioral issues through the use of evidence-based and data-driven treatment methods. The acquisition is the seventh for the Family Treatment Network platform. Included in those acquisitions is Alpine Academy and Interventions Unlimited, which were founded by Jing Zhou; ABA of North Texas, a provider of behavioral services for children with autism and other developmental disabilities, whose founder and CEO is Susan Krejci, and Behavior Care Specialists, a Sioux Falls, S.D.-based outpatient treatment provider of autism spectrum disorder services, which is led by Alison Hulshof.
