Lee Equity's Mahloudji Vogelhut and Searchlight Capital's Good among those making career moves

Mahloudji Vogelhut joins Lee Equity as a managing director
Lee Equity Partners brings aboard industry veteran Sally Mahloudji Vogelhut. Sally joined the private equity firm as a managing director and head of investor relations. In that role, she’ll lead Lee Equity’s investor relations, fundraising and co-investment activities.
Sally previously spent some 12 years with placement agent MVision Private Equity Advisers as a managing director. Her background also includes a series of roles with Lehman Brothers.
Lee Equity’s investor relations team also includes vice president Whitney McBride. Founded in 2006, Lee Equity has $3 billion in assets under management. It was reported in 2019 to have raised over $655 million for its third fund.
Kirk Jarosinski joins Access Holdings
Access Holdings adds Ellen Kirk Jarosinski to its team. Ellen joined the Baltimore mid-market investment firm as a business development representative. Ellen will part of the team which applies digital origination and portfolio monitoring capabilities that are aimed at driving lead generation and performance management across its portfolio. She was previously a senior associate with CVP, a managing consulting firm.
Focused on buy-and-build strategies, Access currently manages more than $1.3 billion of assets. It manages a concentrated portfolio of essential service-based companies in North America.
Young leaves Pentech Ventures to join YFM Equity Partners
Tiffany Young has moved from a venture capital firm to a private equity firm. Tiffany has left her role as investment associate with Pentech Ventures to join YFM Equity Partners as an investment manager. Based in YFM’s London office, she will support the origination and execution of new investments across both growth capital and buyout opportunities.
YFM’s team includes investment managers Helen Villiers and Laura Sisson.
Barber-Brown joins Praetura as an operational partner
Praetura Ventures adds Catherine Barber-Brown to its team. Catherine joined the Manchester, UK firm as an operational partner. Praetura utilizes its operational partners to help its portfolio companies scale. Now focused on helping businesses drive performance and growth, Catherine previously held roles with The Co-operative Bank, Credit Suisse and Barclays.
Faust's Argand Partners adds Hassan to its team
Argand Partners, which was co-founded by Heather Faust, adds Hanan Hassan to its team. Hanan joined the private equity firm as an associate. She has spent the past five years with KPMG providing due diligence and transaction support for M&A clients.
Argand focuses on industrial companies with under-resourced and unrealized global growth potential.
Private equity veteran Good joins Searchlight as a partner
Private equity veteran Amanda Good has joined Searchlight Capital Partners. Amanda was appointed as partner and global head of value creation. In that role, she will lead the development of an internal team and the approach to maximize value creation at Searchlight’s portfolio companies. Now based in London, Amanda will be relocating to New York this summer.
Amanda was most recently a partner at Hg where she led the portfolio team. Prior to joining Hg in 2014, she spent 14 years at Bain & Co. focusing on private equity clients.
In 2019, Searchlight closed its third fund at $3.4 billion. Searchlight is a sponsor of the Women’s Private Equity Summit.
Whitehead joins G2VP as an investor
G2VP has brought aboard Francesca Whitehead. Francesca joined the Portola Valley, Calif. venture firm as an investor. Previously she was an associate with KKR Global Impact Fund where she led coverage efforts and investments across an array of industries. Francesca also spent time focused on natural resources investment banking.
G2VP is focused on building and supporting technology companies digitizing traditional industries. G2VP’s team includes chief operating officer Valerie Shen and investor Monica Varman.
