ILPA releases the first report in its Diversity in Action – Sharing Our Progress series
The Institutional Limited Partners Association released the first report in its Diversity in Action – Sharing Our Progress series. The report series is an extension of ILPA’s Diversity in Action initiative and aims to provide actionable recommendations on steps that can be taken to improve diversity, equity and inclusion in private markets based on the experience of the initiative’s limited partner, general partner and investment consultant signatories. The first report focuses on how signatories are approaching DEI metrics and data capture. You can view the report here.
Trilantic and Tuck are launching a program for the next generation of female private equity leaders
Trilantic North America and Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business are partnering to launch an executive education program aimed at empowering the next generation of female private equity leaders.
The faculty director for the new program will be Punam Keller, senior associate dean of innovation and growth at Tuck. The program will aim to equip private markets leadership teams with the tools to cultivate a diverse talent pipeline, foster an inclusive and equitable workplace environment, develop core skills to promote the advancement of female leaders in the sector and highlight the critical role of male allyship. The program will launch in 2022.
Trilantic’s team includes Giulianna Ruiz, who is a partner and general counsel; Kristin DePlatchett, who is a partner and head of investor relations; and Li Zhang, a partner on the investment team. The firm has aggregate capital commitments of $9.7 billion.
